CARNIVAL
Carnival in Ambata - Ecuador is celebrated in February or March. It is every years on Ash Wednesday. In Ecuador has a funny way and unique way of celebrating the carnival. The people celebrate it throwing water balloons, bags filled with flour, water weapon and things to make other look messy. Many people don't like it, but children and teenagers love it. The water weapons an balloons are sold all over the country before and during the carnival. The tourists prefer to go to Ambato where the carnival is celebrated with colorful parades, instead of throwing water. This event is for all ages and it is great to have fun with your family and friends. The people can enjoy it each year.

I've never heard of flour bags. Do people throw bags of flour at one another? That would get very messy, especially if they also get met. It must be very sticky. I can see how teens and kids would enjoy this festival, but I think I would enjoy the parade celebration more.
