Sleep Deprivation

Sleep Deprivation is a problem for the lifestyle. Sleep enough is good to feel alert during the day specially afternoons. It might cause difficulties in work because people accumulate hours of sleep. People carry their job at home and sometimes because of their children, parents have problems to sleep. Also, excessive worry or depression can affect anyone at any age. Some people become depressed because of a death of someone loved. however the medicine can be a problem to sleep, but it depends of how the medicine take effects in our bodies.
Most adults must sleep at least 7 to 8 hours per night and have good dreams. Anybody might be involved with sleep deprivation and we just have to sleep good enough.

Sleep deprivation is a serious problem. I often suffer from this. I just can't get myself to go to sleep early enough, and I have to get up to go to work. I often get only 6 hours a sleep. It makes me cranky. Now you'll know why I'm cranky sometimes in class!
